Optical Films – Production Assistant

Optical Films is a young video production company specializing in short-form documentaries and corporate videos with integrated motion graphics. From emotionally-charged short-form documentaries to campaigns for fresh and exciting brands, you'd have the opportunity to craft compelling audiovisual content with the potential to create human impact.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaising with third parties, talents and collaborators regarding ongoing/potential projects
• To provide support in all aspects of production from planning to execution with budgets and timelines in mind
• Assist in project production management
• Equipment maintenance 

You will excel in the job if you are:

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to plan effectively and thoroughly (if you have a superb memory, all the better)

• Adaptable with a positive attitude 
• A go-getter that's unafraid of late nights 
• **Prior video production experience and video editing basics is a plus but not necessary

This is an internship position with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position if performance is good. You'd be given suitable on-the-job training and exposure to different aspects and elements of production work.
