The Job

We are looking for an Operational Excellence Program Manager to join our company. 

The Operational Excellence Program Manager will report to Vice President Operations.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely with program owner, cross-functional team and external training institute to plan, develop and implement ongoing program activities.
  • Daily program coordination throughout the program life cycle.
  • Collaborate with Workday team to enroll participants to program activities and to monitor learner data (such as enrolment, completion, evaluation and other relevant statistics).
  • Prepare reports for program owner and Port Services Management Team.
  • Manage issues and take corrective measurements.
  • Manage the program's timeline and budget.
  • Run the program's annual review process.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management specializing in Learning & Development, Maritime Studies or similar discipline.
  • Relevant working experience preferably in maritime industry or shipping operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You will provide administrative support in relation to the Operational Excellence Program and other operational and commercial training activities.
