Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Processing F&B related invoices
• Generate payments for F&B related invoices
• Reconcile Daily Market lists to invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
• Creditors' reconciliation of major suppliers
• F&B cost reconciliation to GL
• Receive cash and cheques from AR, and check correctness
• Bank in cash and cheques on a daily basis
• Update Fixed Assets system with new purchases and disposals
• Generate monthly depreciation charges
• Reconcile depreciation charges to NBV
• Month-end closing of FA system
• Reconciliation of FA system to GL
• Assist in checking of daily market lists against invoices

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
