Job Description

Specialist Recruiter (Entry Level)


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm’s market presence.
  • Source for suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment/ executive search
  • Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
