Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company's customer base. Your goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by expanding the company's revenue streams and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identifying New Business Opportunities: You will research and identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, growth areas, trends, and emerging markets. You will analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify areas of opportunity.

  2. Developing and Implementing Business Development Strategies: You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. You will develop sales plans, marketing strategies, and product/service offerings to drive growth and profitability.

  3. Building Relationships with Potential Clients: You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, including developing a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges. You will create and maintain a sales pipeline of potential clients, and actively pursue new business opportunities.

  4. Negotiating Contracts and Agreements: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements with potential clients, including pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements. You will work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and regulations.

  5. Analyzing and Reporting on Business Performance: You will analyze and report on business performance, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. You will use this data to make strategic decisions, refine business development strategies, and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
