The Role

As a core member of the founding team, you will work closely with the leadership team on high-impact corporate development initiatives that shape our business roadmap and drive strategic growth.

Investments

• Evaluate potential acquisitions, conduct preliminary outreach, and assess strategic fit and value potential.
• Screen and analyse prospective acquisitions across financial, commercial and operational aspects.
• Support deal execution end-to-end, including due diligence, transaction documents and commercial negotiations.
• Build financial models, investment memos, board papers and valuation analyses.
• Work with operating teams on target business models and post-acquisition value creation plans.

Corporate Development

• Drive group-level strategic initiatives, including roadmap development, market expansion and new ventures.
• Support fundraising and M&A workstreams such as merger analysis, investor targeting, data rooms and investor presentations.
• Identify strategic partnerships and new market opportunities and support the execution of commercial deals.

Operational Finance

• Assist with group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for portfolio companies.
• Help maintain financial controls and processes across portfolio companies.
• Support the consolidation of group financial statements with finance teams and external auditors.

What You Should Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Economics.
• Relevant internship experience in corporate finance, investment banking, corporate development, private equity or venture capital.
• Strong project management and financial modelling capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating databases and extracting key information.
• Keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
