We founded OMG! Events Pte Ltd with one goal in mind: to design and produce creative and unforgettable events for every occasion. From small intimate affairs to large-scale parties, we strive to execute events that not only aim to impress, but also create unique experiences for our clients and their guests that last long after the fun is over.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pre-event and post-event operations meetings
• Liaise with venue management to ensure events are properly staffed
• Produce detailed proposals for events (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets)
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, travel)
• Itinerary planning, reservations, and booking
• Provide on-site support for events
• Monitor event activities to ensure the client and event attendees are satisfied
• Generate and collate invoices for payment to vendors
• Certain administrative work will be expected
