Job Description
List of tasks that Production Coordinator Intern will get involve with are as follow:
- Coordinating and planning production activities with the producers/managers, tasks delegation.
- Providing administration assistance to producers/managers, such as project update reports.
- Preparing and reviewing documents for management and production artists.
- Monitoring and managing production schedules with the producers/managers for timely delivery.
- Coordinating and monitoring flow of production between pre-production artists to production artists, freelancers, vendors.
- Communicating production status to producers/managers on regular basis.
- Assisting in scheduling for upcoming productions.
