List of tasks that Production Coordinator Intern will get involve with are as follow:

• Coordinating and planning production activities with the producers/managers, tasks delegation.
• Providing administration assistance to producers/managers, such as project update reports.
• Preparing and reviewing documents for management and production artists.
• Monitoring and managing production schedules with the producers/managers for timely delivery.
• Coordinating and monitoring flow of production between pre-production artists to production artists, freelancers, vendors.
• Communicating production status to producers/managers on regular basis.
• Assisting in scheduling for upcoming productions.
