Retail Advisor (Part-time)
The Role:
As a Retail Advisor, you are responsible for giving our Women of Waistlab (WOW) the best experience in our very first retail store. Your main role is to educate them on our products, help them with their fitting, and ensure that they leave with their perfect shapewear fit and a sense of belonging in our WOW community. You will also support our Store Manager in achieving store targets and operational goals, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.
This position is paid hourly.

Your day-to-day:
Assist customers on picking the correct size for their body type. This includes measuring women’s bodies so you must be comfortable working with women’s bodies.
Be persuasive in offering product recommendations based on the customers’ needs.
Maintain our store's cleanliness and presentation, and assist with opening or closing duties.
Inventory management, including conducting regular stock-checking and stock replenishing. You will also be utilising the Point of Sales system and managing exchanges and refunds in store.
Answer phone inquiries/calls from our customers.

To be successful in this role, the requirements are:
Years of experience
Prior working experience in a customer service or sales-related role
Skills required
Passionate about providing every customer the best service in Waistlab.
A team player who is able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Active listener and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback.
A keen interest in shapewear.
Your working hours:
As this is a part-time position, we expect our Retail Advisors to be available to give shifts a minimum of thrice per week. One weekend day per week is preferred. Our Specialists work-week is up to 23 hours.
