Old Village Cafe Pte Ltd – Operation Executive (Intern)

Old Village Cafe Pte Ltd is an established food catering company for 13 years. Since its inception, it has expanded to other food catering business to enhance its product line. Besides supplying packaged food to dormitory workers, it has established a new plant to pack frozen seafood products to local supermarkets and invested into a new bento kitchen to cater to a growing class young consumers.

The Company is looking to list in the SGX Catalist Board for a primary listing by end of 2022 and hope that through this process, it will grow its business with the new capital injection from potential shareholders.    

We are located at Food Exchange@Admiralty - 8A Admiralty Street, #07-36. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in day-to-day operations, kitchen and service crew management including recruitment, training, inventory planning and continuous improvement of processes
• Work with higher management to project and manage food sales and guest's growth plans through studying of consumer
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Perform stocks ordering.
• Any adhoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 2 years' experience in F&B service, Kitchen, Hospitality and/or Retail Operational related management
• Experience in both front and back of house operations is an advantage
• Exhibits good command of language (English & Chinese) and as an all-rounder communicator
• 5.5 working days per week ( start 7.30am )
