Job Description
- Assists Kitchen Chefs with food preparation
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products, as well as their storage, handling and usage
- Ensure all equipment is being maintained and cleaned regularly
- Be aware and ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are strictly adhered to
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Passionate about the F&B industry and strong interest in culinary
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Able to remain calm and composed in a hectic and fast-paced environment
- Flexibility on working days and hours including weekends and public holidays
