Oktos Pte Ltd – Business & Social Media Intern

I'm Issac, founder of Oktos, a Singapore-based professional services firm. Alongside running the business, I create content about entrepreneurship, business ownership, and what it actually takes to build something worth owning - the honest, unfiltered version, not the highlight reel.

I like building in public. That means the content this intern works on isn't staged corporate marketing - it's a real look at running a business, meeting clients, and figuring things out in real time. If you'd like to see more about who I am and what I do, check out issacliu.com.

I'm looking for someone who wants a genuine seat at the table - not just internship busywork, but real exposure to how a founder-led business and its content actually get built, day to day. You need to have a huge interest in the world of investment, corporate finance and business.

You'll be working directly with me (Issac, founder) on social media content - not observing from the sidelines, actually doing it with me. That means:

- Planning and filming content together, including behind-the-scenes footage from real client meetings and business conversations

- Editing and posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

- Sitting in on client calls and internal discussions to turn what actually happens in the business into content people want to watch

- Helping shape the content calendar and testing what resonates with our audience

- Getting exposure to how a small business is actually run - sales, client work, marketing - not just the content side

This is a great fit if you're studying business, marketing, communications, or something related, and you want to learn by doing rather than just taking notes. You don't need to be a professional editor or already have a huge following - you need to be curious, reliable, and willing to be on camera(or not) and in the room when things happen.

Work arrangement: this is a hybrid role, roughly a 30/30/40 split - about 30% in the office at Techpoint, 10 Ang Mo Kio Street 65, #02-20, Singapore 569059; about 30% out of office at meetings with me and clients; and about 40% working from home.

This is a long-term internship - we're looking for a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months.
