Marketing and Operations Assistant X3

This position reports to the General Operations Manager.

Job Description

• Engage and handles customers

• Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience

• Simple designs and layouts for print and digital marketing collaterals

• Market analysis, digital and offline marketing

• Handling platforms promotions and listing to ensure market penetration

• Assisting in the marketing plan and amplification channels.

• Involve in the daily operations

• Perform any related tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to commit on weekend due to the early stage of the business for a several months

• Willing to work under strict deadlines and long hours when necessary

• Comfortable giving public presentations.

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous and organised.

 

Candidate Must be able to multi task effectively and work independently.

Must be articulate and comfortable leading projects.

Willing to work under strict deadlines and long hours when necessary and be comfortable giving public presentations. Must be very well groomed and have an executive level appearance.
