Oiltanking has been active in tank storage logistics since 1972, and is one of the largest independent operators of tank terminals for oils, gases and chemicals worldwide. The company owns and operates 41 terminals in 18 countries with a total storage capacity of more than 16 million cbm, on five continents – in Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, India, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Our clients include private and state oil companies, refiners, petrochemical companies, and traders in petroleum products and chemicals.

Responsibilities

1. Full spectrum of Account Payables Processes - Data Entry, GL Coding, preparing payment runs, matching payment in bank against invoices, SOA Reconciliation 
2. Exposure to Account Receivables Processes - Application of receipts, AR Dunning letters
3. Exposure to Business Finance Processes - Month-end compilation and analysis, quarterly forecasting 

Learning Outcomes

• Ability to prepare aging using Pivot tables and simple reports
• Good understanding of SAP system and T-Codes
• Data analytics

Formal Education

• At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy studies from a renowned Polytechnic.

Please note

• Lunch is provided in the Office on Weekdays
• Transport is provided from Jurong East MRT to the Office in Jurong Island. (To and Fro)
• Working Hours: 0830 - 1700 Hours, Monday to Friday
• Internship Allowance: $800/Month
