Seeking customer relations officer with a pleasant attitude tomanage our current and future users.
Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming/outgoing calls, enquiries and feedback
· Take full ownership of user problems and ensure user satisfaction
· Report bugs from user to the technical team
· Provide back end service support to the sales, marketing and management team
· Record and identify user trends to enhance the communication between marketing, sale and management process
The ideal candidates should possess the following requirements:
· A Level/Diploma/Degree qualification
· Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry
· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work in the evening and on weekends
