Who are we?
Ogilvy’s Customer Experience Design Team contains over 30 Experience Design practitioners across whole of Asia and is one of the largest / longest established in a full-service agency network in Asia. We provide end-to-end capabilities in user behavior, service design, content planning, user interface design and prototyping. Working on high profile Customer Experience Design projects and engagements with leading brands to create digital platform solutions including innovation, social CRM, ecommerce, mobile or provide UX strategies and optimization solutions.
What will that mean you will be doing?
You will be responsible for supporting the crafting of world class Interfaces and Interactions for all kind of connected digital experiences and products!
UI/UX/Interaction Design Support:
- Collaborate to design and adapt interfaces for Apps, Digital Services and enterprise-scale Web Platforms.
- Empathise and anticipate People’s Needs, Thoughts and Feelings during a Digital Experience so you can Design accordingly (e.g. before, during and after a Booking Process on a Website).
- Finding best-in-class Examples and Benchmarks for digital design and interactions.
- Collaborate to build out Prototypes (from low-fidelity Pen&Paper to high-fidelity Digital) for Testing or Presentation.
- Support in Creating and Documenting Design Systems.
- Create presentations that put your Screen Designs and Prototypes in the right light.
- Prepare and take part in Ideation and Design Thinking Workshops.
