Job Description

Program Associate Internship

Focus of the Role

•              Administrative Management - Managing basic account financials and general housekeeping within the internal team

•              Production Processes – Support and manage 360 production practices (ATL & BTL)

•              Overall campaign assistance - Supporting the execution of all projects by the Senior Account Manager; Assisting in managing third party vendors for campaigns

Responsibilities

•              Building relationships internally as well as with junior clients

•              Provides basic project co-ordination & administrative support including meeting preparation, scheduling & status reports, documenting

•              Manages smaller projects with support of Senior Account Manager

•              Communicates effectively with client

•              Works to anticipate upcoming needs and hurdles; good instinct for when to ask for advice.

Qualities & experience we’re looking for

•              Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•              Exercises sound judgement in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines

•              Manages time efficiently and can handle multiple tasks at the same time

•              Has a sense of urgency – demonstrates ability to get things done

•              Strong attention to detail/follow through

•              Exhibits positive attitude and works well under pressure

•              Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision but at the same time is a team-player

•              Good communications skills

•              Thoughtful, organized and most of all dependable
