- Activities
- CX research and strategy support
- conduct desk research activities such as site audits and competitor audits
- organising primary research activities like interviews
- organising of and participating in design thinking workshops
- UX design support
- researching UX principles and best practice
- sketching user interfaces in collaboration with our experience designers
- using Adobe XD or Invision to prototype user interfaces created by our designers
- UI design support
- creating design adaptations
- writing copy for design systems and guidelines
- CX research and strategy support
