Job Title: Finance Intern Reports to: Finance Manager
Basic Purpose: To provide support to the local IBM Singapore team and the IBM Growth Markets Unit team through efficient control of finance processes and the timely delivery of effective reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help to extract data from the accounting system to ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping.
- Help to maintain the internal finance process and cross check all the required documents
- Ensure that proper financial documents are in placed
- Perform job closure and set up in the finance system
- Help update the status of advertising campaign jobs – maintaining and updating status reports.
- Ad hoc requirements as necessary to help the IBM team
