Job Requirement:
- Singaporean Only
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 1 year Customer Service experience. Working experience in Call Centre is an advantage
- Responsible, good working attitude and can work under pressure
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office Application
- Must be able work on weekends if required.
Duties:
- Handling phone calls and attend to sales enquiries/ complaints over the phone
- Manage all service issues in a timely and professional manner and escalate accordingly when required
- To assist in all administrative duties
- To be in charge of the tidiness and cleanliness of area area
