Job Description

Job Scope: Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the smooth operation of a television production, ensuring all logistics, communication, and documentation are well-managed throughout pre-production and production phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily production activities and schedules to ensure timely progress of shoots and deliverables

  • Liaise with crew, cast, vendors, and relevant institutions, including those with strict security protocols, to manage access, logistics, and clearances

  • Prepare and maintain production documents including call sheets, shooting schedules, release forms, and expense reports

  • Assist in sourcing, booking, and managing locations, equipment, transportation, and accommodation

  • Handle permit applications and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements

  • Track production costs, manage petty cash, and assist with budget control

  • Support the producer and production team with any administrative tasks as needed

  • Monitor shoot days to address on-ground needs and help resolve unforeseen issues

  • Coordinate post-production timelines and delivery schedules with editors and other departments

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude

  • Previous production experience is preferred
