What the job is:

• Be the front line of the company between the government and members of the public in order to manage our fleet of bikes
• Liase with the ground operations team to ensure bikes are relocated in a timely manner
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company runs smoothly
• Track and analyse feedback from messaging, email and social channels
• Assist in determining riding activity per area to optimise our bike redeployment strategy

The people we look for:

• This is not a standard 9 to 5 position - we need people who are flexible and responsive when required
• Maturity beyond your years and the ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
• Analytical mindset to proactively solve problems before they escalate
• Interested in the finer details of how the sharing economy functions
