Nytelock Design Studio is a new local design and marketing home-based business that seeks to make Branding and Digital Marketing accessible and affordable to all businesses, especially during this time. We are built by a team of Professional Designers and Project Managers, and our goal is to ensure that all businesses, big or small, can have access to great branding collaterals and be at their best to serve their clients.
We believe that the way marketing and advertising have traditionally been done is fundamentally changing through social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and others, which have ultimately transformed the way people search for, and shop, brands online.
We have worked with numerous small to mid-sized enterprises and are now seeking to expand our local team in Singapore. Our main service offerings are corporate branding, web development, product photography, and video editing.

For the Business Development Intern role, it will be project or commission-based, depending on your skill level:
For Applicants with extensive experience with working for clients on corporate design projects, the remuneration will be project-based (40% of the entire project budget).
For entry-level applicants with little to no experience working with corporate clients, you will be focusing on marketing and lead generation. This will be a commission-based profit-sharing model based on your performance. You will have the chance to work alongside a professional group of designers/developers with 10+ years of experience and improve your skill-sets.
Responsibilities
- Continuous development and improvement of our online-brand through challenging the status quo and coming up with actionable recommendations
- Identify new market trends and opportunities to expand the business internationally
- Source for clients and new leads through marketing (email, social media, carousell etc) and introducing our company to prospective customers
- Engage with IG followers through DMs or commenting
- Take on some of our design projects if and whenever ready
- Help manage customer enquiries via phone, mail and social media platforms
- Competitor analysis/ market research
- Other duties as required (furthering our brand collaterals, corporate slide decks, portfolio, etc.)
Requirements
- Recently completed/currently studying Design, Digital Marketing or Business
- Proactive and hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done independently without major supervision
- A keen eye for great design
- Ability to lead and drive your own projects
- Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
- Keen interest, ideally already experience, with social media platforms and marketing
- Fluent in English or native English speaker (A second language would be a bonus)
- A quick learner and an enthusiastic individual!
