  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge in repairing or replacing damaged hardware
  • Knowledge in Wintel system, Hypervisor.
  • Knowledge in MS O365, installation and troubleshooting
  • Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
  • Performing setup and roll out of new software and hardware.
  • Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
  • Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
  • Keen in learning new technologies.• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.
  • Managing technical documentation. 

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any specialization
  • Current Matriculating student of tertiary institution
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months, full time internship
  • Working Days: Full working days (Mon- Fri)
