As an intern with Human Resources – Organizational Development & Learning (OD&L), you will work closely with the business functions and view the organisational gaps through the L&D angle. You will be exposed to real projects with key deliverables, which adds value and impact to the organization.
You will be exposed to the key functions within Human Resources and envision how these key concepts in school are applied practically in a business setting. You will be challenged to perform and deliver real learning solutions to the changing business needs.
You will have the opportunities to work on exciting projects related to eLearning, facilitation and delivery of stand-up training, content development, creation and review of curriculum development and learning design. Your learning is limited only by your energy and inquisitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
Organisational Development & Learning (50%)
- Support the end-to-end delivery and facilitation of in-house training programmes
- Content creation eLearning modules for various topics and specialisation; and Induction Programme
- Drive participation for Income learning targets through campaigns and emailers
- Participate in process review of learning needs analysis cycle
Funding and Admin (40%)
- Support with government institutions to apply for training grants and subsidies for approved courses
- Assist in the production of learning dashboard to facilitate monitoring and review of organisation KPI
- Assist in training logistics, such as attendance form, evaluation tracking, and logistics and set up of venue
Talent Management (10%)
- Support in the talent review process
- Support in running the cohort internship programme
- Support in any other ad-hoc HR projects that may arise
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources-related discipline
- Basic understanding of adult learning theories
- Basic understanding of curriculum design and development
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan activities required to achieve results. Create timelines inclusive of all work units involved in projects
