Job Description
- Assist with onboarding activities, introducing new joiners to NTUC Health’s goal, care philosophy and values, as well as the learning opportunities available in NH.
- Analyse the Learning and Development needs of NH, with the aim to identify L&D gaps within NH and/or elevate the skills and capabilities of staff.
- Coordinate the training programmes including liaising with training vendors, hiring managers and attendees to ensure training needs of the business are met
- Support in gathering data to report and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes.
- Assist with the implementation of Talent Management strategies and succession planning, with the objective of building a pipeline of talent supply to meet NH’s current and future organisational needs.
Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
