• Foodfare was established in 1995 with the social purpose of providing affordable, tasty and healthier meals to the community. Over the years, we have grown rapidly to more than 100 multi-format locations nationwide. Our three business divisions cover different market segments and serve over 85 million meals annually. • Data entry, filling, invoicing and general administrative duties
• Coordinate renewal of tenancy agreement, store licensing application
• Liaise and coordinate external authorities such as NEA, PA,HDB and others government agencies
• Answering of phone enquiries
• Coordinate and manage tenants and outlet matters
• Assist operations team in submission of billing advice for timely invoicing
• Generate operations reports
• Liaise, coordinate and disseminate info internally within the various departments
• Daily data input for Sales report
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report (sales , KPIs, budget etc) for management- Manage and maintain office inventories
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma with working experience preferred

• Proficient in MS office
