- Schedule, train & supervise staff
- Analyze & report on budgets, including profit & loss
- Monitor & improve restaurant appearance, flow & customer experience
- Inventory, order, audit materials, equipment & supplies
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations management
Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least "O" level. Those without this qualification but possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience may apply
- Experience in supervising within a restaurant setting
- Able to work on weekends & holidays
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
