Novelship – Finance and Admin Intern

Novelship is seeking a Finance and Admin Intern based in Singapore to join our team. The period for this internship is 3-6 months, starting ASAP. 

As Novelship’s Finance and Admin Intern, you will play an important role in assisting in finance and accounting work as well as coordinating day to day office ground works which you will be exposed to be involved in many aspects of office operations. 

This role is open to future full time conversion after internship. 

In this role you will:

• Manage daily AP account processing and maintenance

• Organize and maintain filing and documentation system

• Assist in facilitating company activities and events

• Assist in monthly account closing and reconciliation

• Procure office supplies including equipment, stationeries, pantry inventory and etc 

• Other administrative and adhoc duties as assigned

Who we are looking for: 

• Excellent communicator with presentation skills, both verbal and written 

• Able to learn online software quickly and proactively. 

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech start-up environment

• A quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently in startup environment

Requirements: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Diploma / LCCI in Accounting or equivalent is preferred
