Novelship – Business Development Intern

Novelship is seeking a Business Development Intern to be based in Singapore to join our Team. 

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is self-motivated, full of energy and zest, organized and wants to learn. As a part of our Business Development team, you will assist in identifying and building new opportunities. 

In this role you will:

• Generate viable new leads and perform leads qualification

• Secure meetings with key decision makers to create new business opportunities (through outbound calling, email marketing, events and networking)

• Secure meeting for senior management with key clients

• Keep client database updated

• Ensure smooth onboarding process of new clients

• Identify relevant networking events 

• Assist in daily administrative tasks 

• Work independently as well as part of the team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Consistently meet/ exceed new business goals

• A quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently and as a part of the team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly confident with ability to think on the spot

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced environment

• Ambitious and goal-oriented

• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally 

Requirements

• Availability for constant travel to meet clients

• High energy, positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Knowledge of sneakers and streetwear is a huge plus
