Novelship is seeking a Business Development Intern to be based in Singapore to join our Team.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is self-motivated, full of energy and zest, organized and wants to learn. As a part of our Business Development team, you will assist in identifying and building new opportunities.

In this role you will:

• Generating viable new leads and performing leads qualification, 
• Securing meetings with key decision makers to create new business opportunities (through outbound calling, email marketing, events and networking. 
• Ensure smooth onboarding process of new clients
• Identify relevant networking events
• Assist in relevant BD tasks and any additional responsibility when required

• A quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently and as a part of the team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented with ability to adhere to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
• High energy, positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Knowledge of sneakers and streetwear is a bonus
