Job Description

Objective of role:
• Having better understanding in management of internal training functions through work practice.
• Hands-on experience in planning, facilitation and managing of measurables of curriculum plan.

Key accountabilities:
• Support in the design and implementation of the training infrastructure.
• Task to execution of survey exercise and collation of data for supporting evidence of training requirements to the business.
• Tracking the timeline of curriculum plan.
• Research and strategic planning of engaging games and activities (remote/physical).
• Scouting of training prize souvenirs within set budget and scope of curriculum.
• Research of training related videos and documents to supplement training / campaign decks.
• Review training decks to ensure formats are standardised.
Execution of Training
• Facilitation support of training sessions
• Preparation of materials and rooms to ensure smooth flow of trainings are well conducted.
• Scouting of external training venue as requested according to training scope.
Execution of Campaigns
• Provides assistance to learners to bridge their understanding of campaign highlights and it’s objective.
• Tracking of timeline and set up reminders
• Reporting of observations made
Training Experience
• Task to execution of the post training evaluation
• Monitoring of survey participation
• Collation of survey results data
Assessment Outcome
• Record and report the assessment results of learners
• Collating and compile all information contributed during training and campaign exercise.
