Job Description


Objective of role:

· Providing sales support to all timepiece brands of Norbreeze Group.


Key accountabilities:

· To process and coordinate sales order

· Process trade documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders etc

· Ensure orders are fulfilled accordingly

· Upload data on new items, new prices or new markets to Navision


Decision making:

Without referral to manager 

· Prioritization & delegation of tasks within assigned tasks

· Managing customers request and complaints

· Coordination with delivery team

After consultation with manager or others 

· Resolution of decisions which involve or impact customers/ company

· Implementation of processes/ changes to SOP

· Increase in expenditure which has not been approved

Key attributes:

· Good negotiation skills

· Proactive

· Excellent planning and analytical skills

· Experience in advance Excel tools of V-LookUp and Pivot Table.

· Effective time management & prioritization skills

· Meticulous with an eye for details

· Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently


Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of commitment

Immediate availability is expected

Minimum qualification of  'A' Level at least.
