Objective of role
Support in reporting, planning and purchasing in the merchandising function for all brands in the company
Key accountabilities
- Request from brands for products master list and pricing for ITEM creation in system
- Purchase Orders creation and maintenance
- Upon Purchase Orders created and sent, corresponds with brands’ principles for order confirmation
- Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within time frame. Liaise and connect with logistic team for shipment arrangement.
- Purchase and Sales price updates in system
- Create credit memo with supporting document to align and hand to finance for reconciliation
- Support weekly retail stores allocation status update on stock-on-hand and sales
- Promotion "discount offers" update in system for store and IT replication
- Weekly update on logistic timesheet on AWB and collection date (no later than Friday weekly)
- Monthly (closed month) update on logistic cost summary report by shipment date (no later than mid-month
- Purchase Order receipt posting date and print supporting document for finance reconciliation
- Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned
