Job Description

Logistics

  • Support changes and improvements to optimize processes.

  • Day to day administrative tasks- AWB’s, order updates

  • Follow-up and processing of logistics invoices

Warehousing

  • Responsible for internal or external warehouse operations

  • Manages the elements of the warehouse fulfilment and standard operation procedures

  • Ensuring that picking, packing and shipping of orders in completed in an effective and efficient manner consistent with our customer service standards.

    DOMESTIC RETAIL

  • Handle technical details relating to transportation, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentation specifically for SEA and Europe region

  • Documentation and organisation is important – any changes to operating procedures, prioritisation or any problems must be documented and communicated accurately

  • Efficiently and accurately account for inventory receiving and transfers
