Objective of role:
• Handles and control administrative flow of supply chain
• Reports to Senior Logistic Executive
Key accountabilities:
• Work closely with Heads of Operations, merchandising, finance and partners
• Responsible for timely and accurate update of supply chain matters within system
• Response to the customers enquiries
• Plan and allocate with Warehouse Manager deliveries schedule
• Ensure transfer orders are posted on time
• Communicates deliveries schedule with Operations team on a regular basis
• Involvement in regular rolling stocktake exercises to ensure accurate stock on hand vs system
• Assist with day to day paperwork - custom invoices, packing lists, sales contracts
• Provide supporting documents to finance if necessary
• Ensure documents are properly saved/filed in the relevant files, both softcopy and hardcopy.
