Job Description
- Assist in account receivable/payable & General Ledger function with includes:
- Assist in daily retail sales tabulation & reconciliation (to understand Retail operation & process from front end to back-end).
- Assist in recognising and checking invoices into system (to familiarise with ERP system – Navision)
- Assist in intercompany recharge & billing as well as matching and reconciliation (to understand the nature of cross-charging with exposure to GST requirement)
- Basic filing as and when required & other ad-hoc duties
