Job Description

Key accountabilities:

Recruitment

  • Support end-to-end recruitment cycle of various positions
  • Manage end-to-end intern recruitment cycle
  • Uploading of Job Advertisements on online platforms
  • Coordinate and arrange for interviews
  • Collecting documents from candidates
  • Proposing potential candidates to hiring managers for approval
  • Conduct Reference Checks
  • Support Offer & Acceptance Process

Employee On-boarding

  • Furnishing of employment letters
  • Calling and emailing candidates to make job offer
  • Arranging for commencement date
  • Follow up on contract signing
  • Support in liaising with hiring managers for effective induction programs to support smooth transition into the business
  • Conduct induction presentation sessions for new joiners on their first day in the support office

Administrative and Supplementing Projects

  • Update of employee listing and information
  • Crafting of presentation decks for HR projects as and when needed

Key attributes:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management of equivalent
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management & prioritization skills
  • Creative, meticulous with an eye for details
  • Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
