Job Description

Objective of role:

Ensure all orders are processed and delivered by lead time

Position summary

The E-commerce Assistant oversees the following main functions at Norbreeze:

Operations

  • Working closely with 3PL on collection of goods, order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered within lead time
  • Liaise with Logistics department to schedule for deliveries to and from our owned locations
  • Monitoring 3PL performance, maintain constant communication and working relation with delivery providers.

Administrative

  • Regularly updating of inventory on the online platforms we operate in
  • Uploading of new products to websites and other distribution channels.
  • Timely process of 3PL, courier partners and all other invoices for Cocomi before month end closing

Customer Support

  • Support Customer Service through the Cocomi Live chat and respond to queries on various platforms and marketplaces
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

 

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:

To ensure all orders are delivered within lead time

Responsible for the entire order fulfilment process

Good communication amongst team and 3PL

Ensure no discrepancy on billings and invoices

Respond to client enquiries on various platforms within 4 hours

Ensure new collection are uploaded to website and marketplaces

 

Suggested Qualifications and Experience

Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma Logistics/Supply Chain Management/E-Commerce or equivalent

Working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (V lookup & Pivot Table)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Have strong organisation skill

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
