Job Description
- Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
- Managing the social media calendar
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, and all other aspects of service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
- Conceptualise, plan, video and edit final marketing videos (Short advertising videos for Social media platforms)
Job Requirement
- Minimum diploma in any related field
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Prior experience with marketing or social media.
- Ability to create simple graphics (aesthetic FB/IG stories) and an eye for design.
- Stays up to date with the latest digital and social trends
