Job Description
- Role:
- To support the Events team in the execution of event tenders, pitches, and on-ground event operations, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and tender submissions.
- Conduct research on event concepts, suppliers, and costings.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, schedules, and deliverables.
- Support pre-event logistics, including packing, inventory checks, and crew lists.
- Assist with on-site operations, such as set-up, registration, guest management, and tear-down.
- Maintain project timelines and documentation.
- Compile post-event reports and archive event materials.
- Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.
