Founded by a fresh university graduate at 23, our cafe was born from a desire to bridge the gap between a busy lifestyle and mindful eating. We’re dedicated to delivering incredibly fresh, healthy, and delicious bowls that meet the demands of a balanced life without ever compromising on flavor.What began as a bold post-grad dream has blossomed into a vibrant space at Changi City Point, a place designed for a chill solo session, a meaningful meetup, or a long-overdue chat. At Dandelions, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes good design, beautiful cafés, social media, and storytelling. If you're the type who notices lighting before ordering your coffee, saves café inspiration on Instagram, and enjoys creating aesthetic content, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.
• Visit cafés or event locations for scheduled content shoots to capture products, café ambience, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Produce both static and short-form video content suitable for digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media management.
Marketing & Design
• Design marketing materials, promotional visuals, posters, and digital assets.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and creative content ideas.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Stay informed of social media, digital marketing, and consumer trends relevant to the F&B industry.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field.
• Interest in content creation, digital marketing, photography, videography, or social media.
• Able to create and edit visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience creating food, beverage, lifestyle, or retail-related content is an advantage.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and short-form video content is an advantage.
