Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Intern or Entry-Level Executive. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing while contributing to business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and market research. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Support the identification of potential clients through research, outreach, and networking. Assist in maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.

  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with customers and partners through effective communication and follow-ups.

  • Sales Presentations: Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to understand sales techniques and assist in closing deals.

  • Sales Reporting: Help track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and compile reports on key metrics.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Shadow experienced team members during client negotiations, learning how to handle contracts, pricing discussions, and partnership agreements.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct industry and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies and sales initiatives.

  • Sales Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of sales campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Help analyze marketing campaign performance and sales data, contributing insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (for candidates with 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience).

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering / chemical engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).

Experience:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of exposure to sales and marketing, or familiarity with sales of mechanical equipment in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
