No Nonsense Group Pte Ltd houses No Nonsense PT, a personal training brand in Singapore for body transformations. No Nonsense Group Pte Ltd also will house multiple brands which requires the intern to work across all platforms.

What you'll do

• Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar for @nononsense.pt and the upcoming pages
• Design Instagram carousels, stories and reels covers in Canva, following our brand style
• Write captions that complement our posts rather than repeat them
• Shoot and edit short-form video (exercise cues, client sessions, behind-the-scenes, events)
• Turn client transformations into story-driven posts (with client consent)
• Support brand partnership content and track promo code campaigns
• Help run and report on Meta Ads Manager campaigns
• Engage with our community: replies, DMs, comments, and story reshares
• Track weekly performance (reach, saves, shares, follower growth, leads) and suggest what to do more of
• Spot trends and fitness misinformation worth responding to

What we're looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or a strong portfolio instead)
• Comfortable with Canva and CapCut / Premiere / similar
• Strong written English with a clear, punchy voice
• Interest in fitness, nutrition or health, and a nose for what's genuinely evidence-based
• Reliable, self-driven, and fine with honest feedback

Bonus points

• Experience growing a page (personal or brand)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Instagram Insights
• Photography or videography skills
