Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in consolidation for reporting and financial analysis
  • Support financial forecast and budget for the Group
  • Understand revenue driver and cost structure for financial analysis
  • Participate in the enhancement of financial reports and presentation slides in terms of efficiency and accuracy
  • Calculate, track and compare Key Fixed Asset KPIs across the Group and maximise asset utilisation
  • Develop Group wide policy on key asset classification and management and major project development, including post project reviews and improvement. 
  • Track and monitor annual capital budget and spending of the NPXs and update into Company dashboard
  • Work with NPXs on the deployment of Capex Tracking System, a group wide software system.
  • Work with team manager to lead and drive key presentations as necessary to senior management of key Capex requirements.
  • Assist with translations of documentations.
  • To assist in any adhoc matter assigned by supervisor

 JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business related fields
  • Good oral and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and independent worker with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
  • Good proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel
