Niometrics’ Marketing team unites solutions experts, design strategists, marketers, brand champions and corporate development specialists who strive to deliver value and make an impact. From creating new solutions and design strategy that enhance our users’ experience, taking the Niometrics brand to the next level, and giving everyone lines on the road, we do it all. The Marketing Communications team discovers what is best and most important about Niometrics, and it is our role to open it up to the world. We lead the creative direction of the brand and we collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate our messages with ingenuity and impact to our clients, partners, talents, and the broader community. YOUR ROLE AS GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager to further develop one of our brands visual identity system, and apply its essence consistently and creatively in all ways and across all touch-points.
Creative responsibilities include conceiving, designing and developing graphic assets and creative materials that will drive, elevate and evolve the brand. You will be responsible for the development and execution of documents, presentations, brochures, videos and multimedia presentations, among other forms, to help shape the corporate message and brand.
You are a conceptual thinker who is strategically-centred, able to understand, distill and translate corporate strategy and objectives into a creative strategy and visual design. You will provide recommendations to the marketing leadership regarding to the brand adherence and standards, guiding the visual design direction and producing strategic visual recommendations.
You have excellent communications skills and you are not afraid to speak-up to share your ideas. You will participate actively in brainstorms/critiques and contribute new ideas to push our brand forward.
You need to be a self-starter, capable of working independently and autonomously while within a team environment. You will be the Graphic Designer lead responsible of the entire creative aspect of this brand project.


WHAT WE VALUE

  • Degree or relevant qualification in graphic design
  • 2 years of experience in a creative position
  • Excellent design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details, and understanding of modern style conventions and techniques
  • Requires knowledge and proficiency in design, photo-editing and videos softwares, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iWork Suite
