Niometrics applies the art and science of analysing network data by blending powerful visual user interfaces with a complete analytics stack. Our solution allows telcos to provide better network experiences to its subscribers (and allow future cities to grow sustainably and intelligently).
As a creative designer, you will work with a fast expanding global team. Sitting at the crossroads between design, user interface and experience, you will be part of a new cross-discipline creative team that blends research, design thinking and branding.
This is the job for you if:
1. You have a natural flair for design and be able to quickly master digital tools (besides Adobe Suite) to accelerate ideation and design.
2. Care deeply about creating meaningful user experiences that balance usability, functionality, and aesthetics.
3. Have an open and inquisitive mind about trends, people, and businesses, and use data to make decisions, but not unencumbered to make decisions when there is none.
4. Lastly but most importantly, love to make data understandable and beautiful (and do not suffer from numerophobia)
You will be involved in:
- Conducting user research with business analysts and customers.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and designs.
- Driving design sprints to accelerate product blueprints.
- Creating brand, product and design manuals and materials for downstream development.
- Producing any in-house marketing and communication materials on an ad-hoc basis
