Job Description

About the Role

Regional Commercial (SMB) is spearheading a series of projects to actively engage our shippers with the end goal of increasing their usage and overall lifetime value with us. The intern will have towork closely with Regional Trade Marketing Manager and Head of Regional Commercial (SMB) in trade engagement and reward program launch across the region.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local sales team in the rolling out of shipper loyalty program across the region
  • Provide ongoing support to the Regional Commercial (SMB) team for project implementation
  • Assist in coordinating trade engagement events with local sales team
  • Research using internal or external resources to support project planning and development
  • Assist in sourcing and liaising with 3rd party service providers and suppliers
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite/ G-suite 
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills 
  • Culturally sensitive, able to work well cross-functionally 
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a busy sales environment
  • Project management experience and designing skills will be a bonus
  • Available for full-time internship from Jan 2020 - Apr 2020 minimally with possibility of extension
