Job Description

Summary: We are setting up a new space for our training centre! If you would like to experience what it’s like to build things from scratch, get a deeper understanding of operations and how things are like in a fast paced environment, this is the job for you! Shortlisted candidates will work closely with our Head Of Operations, Alex on the design and layout of our training centre and an opportunity to learn some handy skills too! 

 

Design 

  • Design a tools and equipment display corner, where our staff can get to see and get trained on how to use them

  • Design an employee wall, showcasing past and existing employees, departments and roles

  • Design a company history wall, showcasing our past achievements and awards

  • Design training posters which will be displayed in our training room and implement an conducive training room where posters are pinned up neatly

Operations 

  • Ensure that in the process where things are being set up, tools and equipments are placed neatly and stored in a safe manner

  • Draft a logistics checklist on where the correct tools and equipments (that is being used for training) should be placed

  • Allocating the space and storage area in the training room for the necessary training resources needed

  • Ensure that timeline and deliverables is being adhered to

  • Update the team on the progress and if any help or resources is needed, in advance 

 

Requirement / Experience needed:

  • Basic photo editing and video editing skills (to showcase your work!) 

  • We are looking for people who are hands on, willing to learn and able to think creatively. 

  • You should have strong organisational skills and be able to keep track of timelines with vendors and the team internally 

  • Be comfortable with multi tasking 

  • We welcome people with no prior experience in related fields, but are willing to take on new tasks and challenges!
