As we ambitiously expand our presence in Singapore, we are seeking team member to support our Finance team in ensuring the company’s accounting policies and procedures are appropriately supported and complied with.
Job Duties:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and bank reconciliation;
Assist in the processing of vendor invoices and account payables;
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentations;
Support the audit/review of financial statements;
Prepare invoices, update accounting files, as and when required;
Ensure timely, accurate data entry, filing and recording of financial information;
Other ad hoc administrative duties and tasks, as required.
Comply with federal, state and local regulations when performing accounting duties;
Maintain the firm’s confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
